The Challenge

The story of Southern Oregon Goodwill is an incredibly positive tale, but also a complicated one: how to quickly and thoroughly explain the method by which simple household donations can enrichen lives on a massive scale.

The Solution

We took a two-pronged approach to this campaign: an ongoing feature called The Story Behind The Store, which directly highlighted a select group of special people, and how SO Goodwill helped those folks with services and caring, human support,

We also developd a single Explainer, called The Journey Of The Jeans, which broke down how a single donation makes its way through the Goodwill system, eventually becoming support for those who need it.
